How quickly are Titles shipped?

If a title is released in September, it will ship out "SHELF-READY" the first week of September. Please place your order by the 24th of the prior month, (August in this case) to ensure timely delivery.

Do your Audiobooks come with Library Packaging and is that INCLUDED in the price?

Yes. All our Audiobooks are pre-packaged in "SHELF-READY" complete with durable, Library Edition 2-ring Vinyl cases, CDs inserted in "no-stick" rigid cloth sleeves and ORIGINAL PUBLISHERS Artwork. All of this is INCLUDED in the Price and there are NO additional costs. Shipping is ALWAYS free and there is NO minimum order required!

Do you offer FREE Replacements and how do I order them?

YES! Bestsellers Audio offers FREE REPLACEMENTS on the CDS, Cases & sleeves for 1 year. Shipping on replacements are usually free and included with your next order, but in some cases, we may charge a small shipping fee if you do not have a future order and we ship it separately. Send us an Email: customerservice@bestsellersaudio.com PLEASE ENSURE you purchased it from us and include the EAN and Title with your full shipping address. FREE REPLACEMENTS are available 1 year from the purchase date to customers that have ordered in the last 90 days or having met previous minimum order requirements. (a)Publishers may discontinue producing audiobook titles at any time. Therefore, if a title is no longer produced by a publisher, no replacement for said titles is possible and no replacement or compensation will be given.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, orders over $200 ship free of charge! Orders under $200 are charged a small shipping charge. Canada and UK customers pay $49. Orders over $500 may pay a small additional fee

How do I Set up a New Account?

Simply click on the "ACCOUNT" Icon, on the top right of the Homepage, just left of the Shopping Cart. Fill in the information and save your Login User Name and Password. If you want to join a "STANDING ORDER PLAN" or SOP, simply Email us the Quantity of titles you would like to receive each month along with any Current Plans your Library is on, to avoid duplication of Titles. How do I change or Update my Library's information?

Login to "My Account" top right, to the left of "ABOUT US" Click on "EDIT" buttons to change your information. Questions, call 800-303-4970

What billing options do you offer?

We Email your invoice at the same time you receive your shipment. During the checkout process selecting the "Invoice Me" option. We no longer accept Credit Card payments due to the high cost of Bank fees and Security processing requirements. WE USE THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED WHEN REGISTERING ON THE SITE. IF THERE IS A DIFFERENT EMAIL FOR BILLING, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THAT EMAIL. If your order is split up into multiple shipments the first invoice you receive may be less than the total amount shown on your original "order receipt" due to receiving a partial shipment of your title(s). Payment terms are net 60. It is at the discretion of Bestsellers Audio to charge late fees which may be assessed at 1% for outstanding Invoices beyond 60 days. Do you accept pre-payments or offer Proforma Invoices?

Yes, we do accept pre-payment and can send a "Proforma" Invoice if your Library needs to spend funds by a certain date, ahead of the titles actually shipping.

Do Canadian and UK Libraries pay Sales Tax, Duties or Shipping?

We do not charge Sales tax, however we do charge $49 and adjust for the Currency Conversion at the time the order is shipped. This covers ALL charges: Shipping, Duties and Customs. (Large orders over $500 may pay a small additional fee, usually only $10-$20.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

No, we do not charge any sales tax to Public Libraries. When setting up a new account, it would be appreciated if you would send us your Tax Exemption form.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for defective product or titles ordered in error, however they must be received back to our warehouse within 20 days of receiving shipment. All returns must be in the original packaging. We do not issue a RA# and will credit your Account upon receipt. Please understand that if you ordered product, then attempt to cancel, WE CAN ONLY CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF WE HAVE NOT ORDERED IT from our warehouse. In most cases, it has already been in process and paid by Bestsellers Audio, and in the event that we are unable to cancel the order, we cannot cancel the product, even if we have not yet shipped it.

Can I view my previous orders placed on this site?

Yes, to view your order history you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the menu bar to access your account information. Select View Order History from the My Account menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view.

Do you have SOP's or STANDING ORDER PLANS and do they have an additional discount?

Yes, and they come with an additional 10% off. Please submit orders by the 24th of the previous month, or we select for you. Enter code: "SOP DISCOUNT" when checking out under "Promo Code Here" Minimum order-5 titles to qualify for the 10% Discount and free shipping. Accounts must be in good standing to receive 10% discount. To be in good standing, accounts must not be more than sixty days late on payments from time of shipment.

Can I order titles that are older?

YES, however audiobooks published older than 120 days from present date may change in availability from publisher. Contact us at Customerservice@bestsellersaudio.com to check for availability and pricing. Order forms older than 60 days will not be accepted.

What is the payment schedule?

Payment is due within 30 DAYS of receiving the shipment. After 60 days a late payment fee of 10% will be applied to your bill.
